On top of being conveniently located for students/staff of McMaster University, it is also near neighborhood staples such as Fortinos and the rail trail. The space gets lots of natural light with it’s 2 large windows and stays comfortably warm during winter months. The owners were very responsive to any issues I had and worked consistently to update the living space. I strongly recommend this suite to anyone looking for their own space near McMaster Connor B. The landlords are very nice and if there is any issue, just talk to them and it should be fixed within 1-2 days. Would highly recommend if you’re looking for a place to stay during your studies. It is nice and maintained well, (and the landlord’s live on the main floor so most issues can be resolved quickly and with little hassle). It had all the amenities that are needed for a comfortable life, and it comes with furniture so moving in and out is much much easier. I was able to move with only a car, no need for renting a truck or storage locker. The price is low and it comes with everything included, especially good wifi and ethernet access throughout the house which I appreciated. It’s very close to campus and Fortinos which is very great as I hardly ever had to take the bus in my day to day routine.
