It is nice and maintained well, (and the landlord’s live on the main floor so most issues can be resolved quickly and with little hassle). It had all the amenities that are needed for a comfortable life, and it comes with furniture so moving in and out is much much easier. I was able to move with only a car, no need for renting a truck or storage locker. The price is low and it comes with everything included, especially good wifi and ethernet access throughout the house which I appreciated. It’s very close to campus and Fortinos which is very great as I hardly ever had to take the bus in my day to day routine.
